We’re looking for a Customer service & Instruments logistics specialist to help take our organization to the next level.
Sysmex Greece is a young and fast-growing subsidiary that has successfully completed its setup phase and is now strengthening its operations to support the next stage: the development of commercial activities in the Greek market. As part of a highly committed team, you will join at a key moment, playing an essential role in building efficient and scalable supply chain processes that ensure instrument availability, operational excellence, and outstanding support for our customers.
In this role, being part of the Operations and Supply chain team, you are responsible for the planification and coordination of all activities related to the instrument’s installations on customer site, and in addition, responsible for customer order management. This role involves time, people, material, and equipment management.
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and communication abilities who thrives in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment.
Customer service & Instruments logistics specialist (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities

Owns the delivery of the required product to the customer, with a focus on inventory and fix assets management according to the internal OFP (order fulfillment process) to achieve operational excellence.

Day-to-day activities of customer instruments installations and demo equipment.

Collaborate with technical service and application specialists’ stakeholders to drive fast and efficient project execution.

Keep customers informed and engaged. Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly. Identify and implement ways to better meet customer needs and provide superior customer service.

Handle all admin tasks related to the project and follow-up supply chain flow (order entry, stock management, transport and delivery, eventual returns, financial cost booking, etc.)

Collaborate with our internal and external suppliers.

Identify potential obstacles in the fulfillment process and work with any stakeholders to take corrective action.

Ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are met.
Your profile

University degree or equivalent, preferably in supply chain management logistics, business administration, engineering or a related field.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.

Strong ERP (SAP) knowledge is a must

CRM experience preferred.

Languages: Greek native, English fluent
Professional experience for the position:

Preferred experience in medical industry or IVD

At least 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain leading customer projects or similar.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
