International CRM Process Trainer & Change Manager (f/m/x) in Medical Technology

Your responsibilities

Take responsibilities and ownership within the introduction of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool as part of an EMEA-wide digitalisation project:
  • Act as trusted advisor for our Service CRM related matters in our EMEA region
  • Train Service CRM users regarding new robust processes and concepts to build sustainable and future-oriented solutions in the EMEA region
  • Implement train-the-trainer concepts in close cooperation with process owners and trainers
  • Create, prepare and deliver appropriate learning resources to onboard and train users
  • Monitor and ensure data governance
  • Continuously work on improvements within processes, platforms and tools
  • Specify business requirements in close cooperation with Service process owners and our IT department

Your profile

  • During several years of experience, you have gained expert knowledge in medical device industry service processes
  • You have experience in IT-related projects, in particular in CRM projects
  • You have a high affinity to IT solutions and a good technical understanding
  • You convince with strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience in delivering/moderating training (online or presential)
  • You have a distinct ability to approach, convince and motivate people
  • You have change management experience
  • You possess a high degree of personal responsibility, innovative and solution-oriented thinking
  • Persistence, accuracy and friendliness, even in stressful situations, are further strengths of yours
