International Product & Market Manager (f/m/div) for Primary Care and Essential Healthcare

Your responsibilities

  • Support the sales network in the EMEA region as a specialist for Near Patient diagnostic products in product and application-related issues
  • Be the main contact person for international sales partners
  • Act according to our product life cycle management process:
    • Develop and implement product- and application-related training
    • Support preparation of marketing and product-related information material
    • Be the interface to internal departments (Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communications, Regulatory/Legal Affairs and Area Management)
    • Observe and analyse market and product requirements as well as the competitive situation
    • Take care of escalation and complaint management in cooperation with affiliates, our Japanese headquarters and other suppliers

Your profile

  • Academic degree in natural sciences, biotechnology, medical sciences or comparable education
  • Professional experience in product management and/or sales, preferably in the laboratory diagnostics market
  • Knowledge of primary care products and the respective market
  • Experience with building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and teaching skills
  • Flexibility to switch between the multifaceted EMEA markets and the ability to handle complex situations with creativity
  • Highly analytical, structured and business-oriented work style
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (approx. 30 %)
