What is detected and measured
CD34 QuantiFlowEx Kit is intended for detection and enumeration of total viable haematopoietic stem cells from total viable leukocytes in human blood and tissue samples by flow cytometry. It detects and measures relative percentages and absolute counts of human viable hematopoietic stem cells (CD34+CD45dim). It is intended for monitoring of hematopoietic stem cell count in peripheral blood, bone marrow and leukapheresis product.
Equipment required A flow cytometer with one laser excitation source (488 nm) and appropriate filters and detectors, as described in the Instructions for Use (IFU).
It is compatible with the Sysmex XF-1600 flow cytometer.

Staining Reagent (1 vial) containing a premixed combination of the following fluorochrome-labelled monoclonal antibodies, diluted at optimum concentrations in a stabilising phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15 mM sodium azide:
