IngoFlowEx Kit
What is detected and measured
The IngoFlowEx Kit is designed for quantification of phagocytic activity of human granulocytes and monocytes by measuring the ingestion of fluorescently labelled E. coli bacteria in human heparinised whole blood using flow cytometry.

Kit components
The product IngoFlowEx Kit is sufficient for examination of 100 patient samples and is provided with the following reagents:
- E.coli-FITC, 1x 1 ml, intended for 100 tests.
- Quenching Solution, 1x 20 ml, intended for 200 tests. o Lysing Solution, 1x 60 ml, intended to prepare 600 ml of 1x Lysing Solution = 300 tests.
- Wash Buffer, 1x 80 ml, intended to prepare 2 litres of 1x Wash buffer = 222 tests.
- DNA Staining Solution, 1x 60 ml, intended for 200 tests.
