Digital Learning Experience Architect/ Designer (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities

Innovate, design and transform digital training course architecture with adaptive learning possibilities to make training more efficient and effective for our diverse target audiences and for our business.

Consult, guide and collaborate with our international subject matter experts, digital training and platform experts to drive the development of impactful learning experiences

Create data driven evaluation throughout the training course and utilise platform mechanisms to guide learners and develop the best adaptive learning

Be an ambassador for adaptive learning to ensure training innovation by evaluating promising future learning trends and technology
Your profile

Deep experience in innovative digital learning-, feedback- and instructional-design

Excellent knowledge in design of learner centric learning paths and training strategies for various target groups

Expertise in combination of UX, design, psychology and didactics to create optimal learning journeys

Experience in accompaniment of inhouse digital training development projects to implement adaptive and LX improvements combining your strategic mindset with hands-on skills

Organised, structured, thorough with an independent work style
