International Event Manager (f/m/x) in Healthcare
Your responsibilities
- Be part of a highly motivated team of event managers to implement our EMEA-wide (Europe, Middle East and Africa) event concepts and other activities
- Support the strategic development of our EMEA-wide event concepts and activities in accordance with our regional targets and campaigns, in close cooperation with the marketing department as well as the event managers within the EMEA region
- Cooperate with internal and external partners to plan, coordinate and execute internal and external events, congresses and tradeshows. Coordinate and execute the full-service project management of events including pre- and post-event activities
- Manage external vendors to oversee contract negotiations, space planning and other eventrelated services
- Analyse, evaluate and increase the effectiveness of the individual EMEA-wide event activities based on pre-defined KPIs and budget expenses
Your profile
- Mimimum 2 years work experience in event management, preferably in the B2B/healthcare sector; ideally in combination with a degree in event management, marketing or communication
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise multiple complex assignments and projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act in a cross-cultural environment
- Highly structured, analytical and target-driven work style
