Marketing Manager (f/m/x) IVD - Haematology
Your responsibilities
- Drive growth for our core business haematology by defining marketing strategies for selected products in our portfolio
- Develop marketing and segmentation strategies, product positioning and implement international product launches throughout the EMEA region
- Conceptually design and manage launches of new products as project leader, taking care of the project processes, phases and relevant documentation
- Gain market intelligence: monitor and analyse market trends and customer needs to guide marketing strategy
- Develop and conduct sales and marketing training courses
- Specify promotional activities: devise promotional plans, online marketing campaigns and associated materials together with our Marketing Communications department
- Support virtual as well as physical local events and promotional activities in EMEA
- Support and cooperate with EMEA marketing and product managers for all operational and tactical measures required to run the business
Your profile
- Academic degree in natural/medical sciences, and/or marketing/business administration or a similar working experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IVD market in sales/marketing role
- Knowledge of workflows in a clinical laboratory as well as the haematology market preferred
- Business acumen and the ability to capture the big picture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, structured and result-oriented work style
- Proven record in project management and coordination across EMEA
- Excellent presentation, communication and teaching skills in English
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (around 20%)
