If this opportunity appeals to you, come and join us in the position of an Offers and Tender Specialist. As a specialist in your field, you’ll lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of public tenders and private commercial offers, working closely with internal teams — including marketing, sales, legal, operations, and product experts. 
This is a key role for someone who combines precision, agility, and organisational skills — and is eager to drive growth through operational excellence. 

Offers and Tender specialist (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

  • Search for and identify relevant tender announcements
  • Prepare and submit complete tender dossiers (technical, administrative, financial)
  • Ensure compliance with all tender requirements
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Monitor tender progress (deadlines, decisions, awards, and contract signings)
  • Maintain and update tender databases for analysis
  • Oversee contract execution and fulfillment 

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Philosophy, Law, Economics, or equivalent experience in the position
  • Languages: fluent Greek and English
  • Experience with digital procurement platforms (e.g., ESIDIS, cosmoONE) 
   
Professional experience for the position: 
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, in healthcare, IVD diagnostics, or medical devices industry.
  • Solid understanding of public procurement regulations and tendering procedures at national and/or European level.
  • Proven experience in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of public tenders, including technical and administrative documentation.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to gather input and ensure compliance.
  • High attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant systems
