As a subject matter expert (SME), you will implement the Haemostasis marketing plan in your assigned territory and play a key role throughout the sales process. Your mission: to position Sysmex as the leading solution provider in the field.

Product Portfolio Specialist – Haemostasis (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
- Drive growth in market share and customer wallet share, especially in strategic Lighthouse accounts.
- Deliver expert application support in coagulation diagnostics, including training on new and existing assays (e.g., single factors, anticoagulants, CLEIA).
- Lead and execute regional marketing initiatives in line with corporate strategy, ensuring expected ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales to meet commercial targets and develop tailored customer solutions.
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare decision-makers.
- Conduct scientific discussions with stakeholders to communicate the clinical value of Sysmex solutions.
- Train and support the sales team to elevate commercial performance.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to refine strategy and improve objection handling.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strengthen positioning.
- Contribute to technical documentation for public tenders and assist in legal matters if required.
- Support lifecycle management for coagulation products.
- Represent Sysmex at national and local congresses and events.
- Ensure accurate CRM tracking of sales pipeline, risks, and follow-up actions.
- Foster strong internal collaboration to align resources and drive success.
This role requires the employee to be able to visit clinical laboratories and departments
Your profile
- Degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent.
- Business Management qualifications would be plus
- Fluent Greek and English;
- Proficient with MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
Professional experience for the position:
- 3–5 years of cumulative experience in the IVD industry, with a background in commercial functions such as sales, marketing, or application support.
- Strong scientific and product expertise in Coagulation is essential.
- Field-based experience (e.g., customer visits, demos, or support) is highly valued.
- Previous experience in sales or exposure to solution-selling approaches is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with tender processes and requirements, particularly within the public healthcare sector.
- Skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into customer-focused solutions, working cross-functionally to drive business objectives.
