SAP In-house Developer (f/m/x) SAP S/4HANA

Your responsibilities

As part of our dedicated SAP team, you will actively shape the future of our SAP S/4HANA system. As an internal developer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our ERP solutions for approximately 35 affiliates within the Sysmex EMEA region.
  • Shape and develop innovative SAP S/4HANA solutions using ABAP, FIORI, CDS views, and Adobe Forms
  • Lead expert-level support and implement changes with strong impact analysis and testing practices
  • Ensure compliance with development standards and computerized system validation (CSV)
  • Collaborate across teams and manage critical system interfaces with logistics and regulatory partners
  • Drive global ERP rollouts while harmonizing system requirements and managing external providers
  • Foster continuous improvement by sharing expertise and driving technical innovation
     

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in SAP development
  • Basic understanding of core ERP modules and processes (e.g., SD/MM/FI/CO/PP/QM/PM) is beneficial
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP FIORI application management
  • Experience in ERP projects, including rollouts and interface implementations
  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager ChaRM, Test Suite, and process management
  • Solid understanding of business processes
  • Knowledge of CSV (Computerized System Validation) is a plus
