Senior SAP Success Factors Inhouse Consultant (f/m/x)

Ready to shape the future of HCM with long-term impact? As our Internal Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant & Functional Module Owner (f/m/x), you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for Employee Central Core and EC Time, driving the evolution of our global HCM landscape. In this strategic in-house role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to optimize and further develop our HR processes. Your expertise will deliver real business value and contribute to meaningful, sustainable change — all within a dynamic and international environment that values ownership, collaboration, and initiative. 

Your responsibilities

As a Senior SAP Success Factors Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d), you will actively shape the future of our HCM processes and take responsibility for: 
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of Employee Central Core and EC Time across the EMEA region
  • Partnering with Business Owners and Key Users at the EMEA level to continuously enhance the value and usability of SuccessFactors at Sysmex
  • Aligning closely with other SuccessFactors and Concur Module Owners, internal teams, external vendors, and our Headquarters in Japan to ensure integrated and consistent solutions
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert and (co-)leading projects to implement, customize, and improve existing functionalities, including onboarding new Affiliates
  • Managing change requests and support tickets to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Staying up to date with SAP releases, industry trends, and innovations—including AI—to proactively initiate improvements
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of training materials, internal guidelines, and Knowledge Base Articles
  • Structuring your work independently while adhering to agreed procedures and maintaining high quality standards
  • Taking long-term ownership and accountability for “your” SuccessFactors modules

Your profile

You are a great match for this role if you combine hands-on experience as an SAP Inhouse Consultant (f/m/x) with a proactive mindset and the drive to continuously improve processes. Ideally, you bring: 
  • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core and EC Time; experience with integrations (CPI/Integration Suite, BTP) is a strong plus
  • A degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience; project and process management skills are a plus
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and industry best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience in a multi-country, diverse environment, demonstrating adaptability and strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English; German skills are an advantage
