Team Lead (f/m/x) International Event Management in Healthcare
Your responsibilities

Lead a highly motivated team of event managers to implement our EMEA-wide (Europe, Middle East and Africa) event concepts and other activities

Strategically develop innovative concepts in close cooperation with our business lines as well as the event managers within the EMEA region

Steer our external agencies to develop and realize appealing booth concepts for international congresses and trade fairs from large-scale to smaller marketing communication events

Analyse, evaluate and increase the effectiveness of the individual EMEA-wide event activities based on pre-defined KPIs and budget expenses

Manage external vendors to oversee contract negotiations, space planning and other event-related services

Coordinate and execute the full-service project management of events including pre- and post-event activities

Coordinate within our MarCom team to align event messaging and materials with broader brand strategies by using live streaming, social media engagement, and post-event content distribution
Your profile
-
Several years of work experience in international event management, preferably in the B2B/healthcare sector; ideally in combination with a degree in event management, marketing or communication

At least two years of experience in a leadership role

Excellent project management skills with proven ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects simultaneously

Experience in using CRM and marketing automation tools to align events with lead generation and nurturing strategies

Very good command of written and spoken English; additional language skills advantageous

Experience of working in an international environment and an appropriate understanding of cultural nuances in event planning
