Working Student (f/m/x) IT Project Management Support

Your responsibilities

As part of our Project Management Office (PMO) in the EMEA region, you will contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects by supporting coordination, reporting, and knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders. In detail your responsibilities will include:  
  • Coordinating and supporting project activities across EMEA teams and stakeholders
  • Maintaining and updating the project plan, reporting structures, and documentation 
  • Managing timesheets for internal team members and external partners, including collecting performance feedback 
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes and resolving access or tool-related issues (VPN, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.) 
  • Assisting in identifying, tracking, and communicating risks, issues, and project changes 
  • Preparing and updating meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency 
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration between teams in alignment with the EMEA PMO

Your profile

You are a great match for this role if you enjoy working in an international environment, work in a structured way, and are eager to grow your skills in coordination and collaboration. Ideally, you offer the following qualifications and strengths: 
  • Currently enrolled in IT-related studies, mathematics, or a similar field; other disciplines are also welcome 
  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach to tasks 
  • Comfortable and confident when communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders and external partners 
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while taking initiative 
  • Eager to learn, adapt quickly, and make a positive contribution in an international team environment 
  • Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
