For the fourth time, the business magazine CAPITAL, together with the talent platform Ausbildung.de and the personnel marketing experts from TERRITORY EMBRACE, has set out to find Germany's best company for apprentices.
With the result of 4 out of 5 possible stars in the category training and 4 out of 5 possible stars in the category dual studies, Sysmex Europe is one of the companies honoured.
The survey ran from the end of March to mid-June 2020 when the entire German economy was struggling with the COVID-19 situation. Nevertheless, more than 660 companies took part in the CAPITAL study, 11% more than in the previous year. The companies employ around four million employees in total and 138,000 apprentices. Among them are DAX corporations, large public authorities, many small and medium-sized companies and craft enterprises.
Of the exactly 666 participating companies, 495 achieved good or very good results in the area of training and were awarded the title of ‘Best Trainers’ by CAPITAL. Of these, 171 qualified with the top result of five stars, while a further 324 companies received four stars. In the dual study area, 342 companies were awarded, 101 of which received five stars and 241 got four stars.
The study provides a Germany-wide overview of the ‘Best Company for Apprentice in Germany’ by region and occupational group. Companies that employ at least five trainees or three dual students were eligible to participate. Detailed analyses can be found on www.capital.de/Beste-Ausbilder and in CAPITAL 11/2020.
