KCenter Server HDD:

Log files are rolling, meaning old logs are overwritten automatically. No logs are manually deleted.

Cloud Backups:

Data backups are stored as follows:

Daily backups: Retained for 14 days
Weekly backups: Retained for 8 weeks
Monthly backups: Retained for 12 months
Yearly backups: Retained for the contract duration

Backups may contain old logs and personal data.

Inactive accounts are deleted after 12 months.

Log files are stored temporarily for troubleshooting before deletion.
