IT PMO & Project Coordinator (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

  • Standardization: Establishing and maintaining a standardized project management methodology, including templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across entire IT projects.
  • Governance: Establishing governance structures processes and decision-making criteria for evaluating and approving project requests. Providing governance and oversight to IT projects including project initiation approval monitoring and transition to operation.
    Transparency ensuring transparency and visibility into the demand management process including the status of project requests decision making criteria and portfolio priorities.
  • Portfolio management:Develop an IT project portfolio including project prioritization process with relevant stakeholders based on strategic objectives.
    Continuously reviewing and optimizing the project portfolio with the relevant stakeholders to maximize value balance risks and ensure alignment with optional organizational objectives.
  • Training and development: Providing training coaching and mentoring to project managers and team members to enhance their project management skills and capabilities.
  • Resource allocation: Support to allocate resources (e.g. budget, personnel or technology) to approve projects in accordance with their priority and strategic importance

Your profile

You´ve come to the right team if you are willing to support our team with your great IT project, Portfolio or any process standardization skill paired with IT background. Don´t be afraid to apply if you have experiences in coordination tasks, science related topics, any Business Administration field, Project Management Office or IT solutions.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or any other disciplines
  • Experience identifying process improvements and coordinating their implementation
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, specification and verification
  • Strong interest in business and systems as well as an understanding of IT processes
  • High customer service orientation
  • Self-initiative, detailed-oriented with excellent coordination skills
  • Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
  • Team player with very good communication skills (english fluent)
