Product Specialist In Vitro Diagnostics – Coagulation (The Netherlands)

From your technical and scientific knowledge, you help to further put Sysmex on the map as a reliable partner in the field of coagulation with the various stakeholders inside and outside the hospital. You think along about the development of product and application training for the various target groups and new products in our Caresphere Academy and you also implement this. You provide advice to our customers on the interpretation of the test results and ensure that product updates, questions and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively. You support the organization and participation in user group meetings, webinars and events. You play an important role in our implementation projects. Your interlocutors are mainly the users and/or laboratory managers. You have a combined indoor and outdoor service function. You work on site at customers in the Netherlands and/or Belgium. You are regularly present at the head office in Etten-Leur (NL) or in our office in La Hulpe (BE).

• You preferably have a higher education in Biochemistry/biomedical sciences and and coagulation experience is a must;
• In addition to Dutch, you have a good knowledge of English and French;
• You are a team player with an open and communicative character. You easily make contacts at all levels and can speak in front of a group;
• You demonstrate commercial flexibility and business insight;
• You have a strong aptitude for structured and independent work. You are initiative and sales oriented;
• You have the flexibility to travel in the Benelux;
• In addition, you are a driven person who always strives for quality and customer satisfaction. You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and you are very precise in your interventions.
