Product Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Provide assistance to our distributors and end-users in the Turkey Plus region with all issues related to applications and products, including training, installation, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and monitoring the performance of our Haematology, Haemostasis, Urinalysis and Flow Cytometry analyzers in the area
- Offer on-site assistance, as well as first and second-level application support, and create customized application solutions
- Assist end customers with any questions related to applications and products
- Offer support for call-center requests
- Develop and deliver product and application training to various target groups.
- Provide support for marketing promotional activities, such as conferences, exhibitions customer presentations.
- Assist with product testing and evaluations, as well as local sales teams' presentations for customers.
- Work as a team member in the Marketing team and support all new initiatives.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology and Genetic, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vocational laboratory and relevant fields
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential and Russian is in plus
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented with good organizational ability
- Highly capable in interpersonal and strong negotiation skills with a problem solver mindset
- Strong presentation skills, attention to detail
- Male candidates should have completed their military service
- Willing to travel
- Active driver with a valid B type driving license
